The month of August may become one of those dreadful period for R&B super star, Chris Brown if found to had violated his probation.This could mean 4 years behind bars!
Here’s a quick recap of what went down in May. Chris was involved in a petite accident when his Range Rover tapped the back of a woman’s car. He got down and handed his insurance card and a VA license and moved. When the lady realized she had been given a wrong car’s insurance card and instead of a CA License, a VA license was given out, she immediately went ahead to file for a hit-and-run. Take note that her car was barely scratched and she had no injuries. The case was moved forward and Chris was officially charged with a hit-and-run and because the woman accused the singer of cussing her out,Breezy was in for hell from the DA’s office in LA.
Chris was summoned to court and he arrived but then, the lady decided to drop the case saying she didn’t ‘intend’ to prosecute the star. Huh! Oh, was it because paparazzi present confirmed, Chris said nothing to her at the scene order than apologize? Well, too late! Seems someone in the legal system really hates Mr. Brown coz regardless, he was said to had disobeyed the law and since he was on probation, he needs to pay for his actions.
The D.A called for his probation revoked and of course, the judge agreed. So as it is now, Chris is required to attend a probation violation hearing in August and there, the judge will determine whether he violated his probation or not. If found guilty, Chris Brown could be facing a 4-year jail time just because of a small fender-bender!
